Delighted to announce we’ll be making the return to Seattle for Bumbershoot on Labor Day. We’ll jump to Seattle following a week through the midwest at the end of August. And the good people in Austin have spoken and Red Baraat have added a third show to go with our two Austin City Limits Festival plays- this one a late night at Stubbs. And back to Tips in NOLA! Our First Mardi Gras tour and it was EPIC.
The Blue Nile. Tipitinas’ biggest night of the year- Lundi Gras with Galactic. Meeting the Big Chief. Parading through the Treme and French Quarter with Just Us krewe. Capping it off with two big sets at Hi Ho with the Mardi Gras Indian Orchestra. Thanks to all our hosts, to everyone that came out, and to this wonderful city that has embraced us so… We leave a little frazzled, some of us bedazzled, and with full hearts ready to return to Congo Square on March 24.
